Jim was conscientious, diligent, honest, helpful, and indispensable in putting a deal together that worked for the purchaser as well as the buyer. I was a willing buyer under the right conditions, and the seller was motivated to sell at a reasonable price. We met somewhere in the middle, and the transaction was acceptable for both parties.
Jim is a great guy who is highly motivated. He made the process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend him. As a matter of fact we are looking at buying another house soon and I won't choose anyone else.
yes I think he should be recommended to other people. He is a very polite person. And very accurate to respond. He always called us back right away when ever we had a question. Explained things well to us so we could understand. Or if there was something we needed he would call and let us know what it was. He would also call our loan officer if needed. Was very understanding. If we ever wanted to sell we would call Jim.
