Jim is a very effective communicator, and gets back to you extremely quick with any question you may have, no matter the time of day. Jim is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas, as well as all of the utilities and niche things that go along with them. Jim was an excellent teacher to me as a first time home buyer, and it was clear to me he knows real estate. I’d recommend Jim to anyone trying to buy or sell a home!

Jim was great. Made the process so easy. I got an offer a couple of days after my lake lot was listed. We closed 8 days later. This happening so smoothly and quickly took one big thing off of my plate!

Jim did a great job for me. He would go to check in on my place when I couldn’t get there or if there was a showing he would close windows and turn off lights afterwards to make sure my cabin was secured. After closing when I was unavailable Jim went to clean up some building materials that had I had prearranged to be removed and it hadn’t been completed by close. He didn’t have to do this but the buyers were upset and he went way out of his way to complete the job! I definitely recommend Jim to complete the job correctly and thoroughly. Thank you Jim!

I have little to no experience or knowledge about dealing in real estate. I do know Jim Tinman from working with him several years ago as an EMT for our area. So I know that he cares about people and the work that he does. This was not your typical house sale, and Jim helped us through it professionally and met all the needs along the way.
