Jim is a very effective communicator, and gets back to you extremely quick with any question you may have, no matter the time of day. Jim is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas, as well as all of the utilities and niche things that go along with them. Jim was an excellent teacher to me as a first time home buyer, and it was clear to me he knows real estate. I’d recommend Jim to anyone trying to buy or sell a home!

Jim did a great job for me. He would go to check in on my place when I couldn’t get there or if there was a showing he would close windows and turn off lights afterwards to make sure my cabin was secured. After closing when I was unavailable Jim went to clean up some building materials that had I had prearranged to be removed and it hadn’t been completed by close. He didn’t have to do this but the buyers were upset and he went way out of his way to complete the job! I definitely recommend Jim to complete the job correctly and thoroughly. Thank you Jim!

Jim was great about communicating with us. Anytime we had a question and sent him a text, he would respond right away. If he was in a meeting, he usually texted that he was in a meeting, and then he'd call or text when finished. Always got back with us quickly or answered the phone right away.
