Best decision I ever made was hiring James and his Beaches to Ranches team to market my home. James walked me through the whole process because I had never sold a home before. I had just finished having the home remodeled in preparation for sale and invested a substantial sum of money in doing so. It was imperative that it sell quickly. James suggested I stage a couple of the rooms so perspective buyers could visualize themselves living there. Within weeks we had multiple offers which resulted in a sale for the full list price of the home. I am relieved to be finally free of that financial responsibility. I have bought and sold houses in the past and James is by far the best realtor I have worked with. I was living in Alabama and wanting to purchase a home in Florida sight unseen. This presented unique problems. I worked with two realtor in Alabama, it was a nightmare. I thought, let's try a realtor in Florida. It was James. From that moment things became easy. He talk us through the process step by step and was informative on what to expect along the way. Always there to take our calls. He truly made a difficult situation easy. He is so professional. I felt I had a friend looking out for my best interest. When I got to Florida for the closing he welcomed my 2 dogs into his office and watched out for them during the process, even giving them treats. When the paperwork was done he gave us some beautiful, high quality house warming gifts that are used everyday. James is the most professional, knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. He is also a warm, kind and caring man. Just the best.

James even sent me an electronic sympathy card when he found out my Father had passed away. All in all he helped me find property exactly where I wanted, got me a loan officer and ultimately got me into the house of my dreams.
