James Saffell is without a doubt the best at what he does. Hard working Christian man with the utmost integrity. James works hard to find you the right home and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is a master of doing his due diligence to make sure you get the most value from your home. I have used James for 7 transactions both as a buyer and a seller and every one of those went flawlessly. He really takes the time to dot all the I’s and cross all the T’s so there are no surprises at closing. I could go on and on all day and still not say how wonderful of a man James is. I found James using a statistical search as I wanted an agent that could get me results in this tough and competitive market. I found that James is an incredible agent not only because he understands the market and home buying process so well, but he is also a wealth of knowledge on the various communities and situations in Florida. He is a respectful and naturally charismatic gentleman, easy in conversation, and I have always believed that opens doors that would otherwise be closed. James was extremely helpful in the sale of my home. He resolved an issue that could have held up the closing. He had very good pictures taken. There were a few minor errors in some descriptions but nothing of significance. He was a bit over the sale price he initially quoted me, but in the end I was satisfied with the price I got.
