We were out of town buyers needing to settle quickly and were dealing with a sellers trustee representative that was very difficult as well as dealing with potential lawsuit with a previous offer.

James was extremely professional and knowledgeable, a true pleasure to work with. We had a rather tenuous situation on our sale. James was there every step of the way to work out any unexpected situations that arose and made selling our house seamless.

James walked us thru all the intricacies of buying a home, from 1st viewing to closing. Without his help we'd probably still be looking.

JR is wonderful. He makes sure the job gets done with a personal touch. This sale was due to unfortunate circumstances and much delay from another agent who dragged his feet. But JR put on his gloves of care and speed. ONCE JR was on the scene it was go time. I did not feel like just a number but a friend. Thanks JR for making this a less painful process.

I had no idea how to sell my first house I went to JR and he was amazing he walked me through every process told me everything I had to do, what I should do and what I should not do. Thank God for him cuz I was going to do for sale by owner and I'm so glad I didn't because there's so much more is involved in selling a home. I really hope I don't have to sell my next home but if I do I would definitely use James
