James helped us find our new home. After looking at several homes, we decided to purchase a home that was already under construction. During this process, we decided to change lots and move to a different home. James worked with the builder to make this happen. Throughout the transaction, James was available to do tours of the home while it was under construction. He communicated with the builder to make sure things were taken care of right up until we closed.
