James "Jim" Kelley was absolutely fantastic to work with in our search for a new home. Personable, responsive and easy to reach, we can't recommend him enough. You may think that I'm exaggerating but I'm not! Jim has been my realtor during many transactions, I would say over the past almost 20 years. He assisted my husband and I while we were doing real estate investing so I've had many purchases, sales and closings with Jim. At this point, we consider him our family real estate agent! He helps all of us including my kids to find, purchase and sell our homes. His knowledge of the industry and the current real estate market is second-to-none. He always gives great advice about listing prices and strategies to get the most out of each transaction. He recently helped me purchase a home and his expert use of the escalation clause saved me about $20K on my purchase even with multiple offers on the table. He stays on top of every aspect of the sales and closing process. You will feel well connected to the process and will know that he's looking out for your best interest throughout. He's kind and sensitive to your needs and deals with other agents with the highest level of professionalism. He came in with a great listing price. Had two open houses. Then he got us a full offer within a few days. Everything was handled by Jim leading up to closing. He also drove us to closing and made sure the sale went smoothly. I recommend Jim very highly!!

My daughter decided in May that she wanted to sell her condo by end of June to purchase new residence in Richmond by August. A big challenge but Jim came through. He held several open houses including Mothers and Fathers days! He kept us apprised of buyer traffic and possible purchasers . He gave us great suggestions on displaying our condo to better show off it’s interior design ; well as helping to rearrange some furniture!! Mr. Kelley is the most knowledgeable and professional agent in the DMV area. He advised me on when was the best time to put the home on the market and price for sale, of course he was right. The house was on the market less than 30hrs before we received the best offer. Every step he sent emails, texted or called. He was available for any of my concerns I had during the process. This was the second sale Mr. Kelley was my agent and my he was my agent for my last two home purchases. Hopefully, he will be available for my next two purchases.
