We chose Jessica because she was the realtor representing the sellers when we bought our house and we were impressed with how well she managed their side of the transaction. While we lived there, we noticed that she had signs for multiple houses in our neighborhood, and assumed she knew the neighborhood well. When it was time for us to list our house, we went to her. She was amazing every step of the way! She was very involved in every phase of the sale, including giving us advice on staging the house and even providing some items to assist with that. After the inspection when a few questions came up, Jessica quickly reached out to the house builder and received information about the house that alleviated the buyers’ concerns and prevented us from needing to do additional investigation. After we vacated the house a week or so prior to closing, she checked on the house to ensure everything was secure and ready to go for the final walk through, and even forwarded some mail to us that the Post Office had missed. I would use Jessica again if I were buying or selling in the Fairfax area.

You may think that I'm exaggerating but I'm not! Jim has been my realtor during many transactions, I would say over the past almost 20 years. He assisted my husband and I while we were doing real estate investing so I've had many purchases, sales and closings with Jim. At this point, we consider him our family real estate agent! He helps all of us including my kids to find, purchase and sell our homes. His knowledge of the industry and the current real estate market is second-to-none. He always gives great advice about listing prices and strategies to get the most out of each transaction. He recently helped me purchase a home and his expert use of the escalation clause saved me about $20K on my purchase even with multiple offers on the table. He stays on top of every aspect of the sales and closing process. You will feel well connected to the process and will know that he's looking out for your best interest throughout. He's kind and sensitive to your needs and deals with other agents with the highest level of professionalism. Let me say it again, he really is the best agent in the US and my family relies on his expertise and he has never let us down. I can't recommend Jim more highly! Do yourself a favor, he's the dude!
