James was very accommodating and experienced in his field, and gave me advice on multiple things when I was unsure. James was very down to earth, had a good humor and went out of his way to accommodate my needs and
James dealt with my son because i have a hard time hearing. He made the sale of my home as easy for me as possible. He knew what he was doing and communication was outstanding. I will be looking for another home in the near future and James will be the person.
My husband and I were looking to buy our second home in Maine and James couldn’t have been any more amazing. He never left us wondering and always stayed in constant communication. He is a go getter for all things, information, answers, anything you may need. The process from start to finish was as smooth as can be. James went above and beyond for us. He scheduled for us to see houses around our busy life, 4 hours away. We looked at houses that were a bit of a drive for even James! He even went out of his way to do one last walk through for us when we couldn’t get there in time. We couldn’t have had a better realtor. He is very knowledgeable and would search for all the answers to questions we had, if he didn’t already know it. We are so thankful to have found him!

James is probably the best realtor that anybody could of asked for, he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to the questions that we had and if by change he didn’t know the answer he would get that answer to us in a timely fashion. His communication with us was on point there was never a time that I questioned it With all the back-and-forth phone calls multiple phone calls throughout the day he’s was very professional about it. James is a professional and probably is one of the best in my opinion if I do buy another house James will be my realtor again . He was honestly and caring for for us as if he was buying the house and he’s straightforward and the point Didn’t try to beat around the bush When we ask questions or had concerns.
