James dealt with my son because i have a hard time hearing. He made the sale of my home as easy for me as possible. He knew what he was doing and communication was outstanding. I will be looking for another home in the near future and James will be the person.

James was an amazing person to deal with! Having some construction background made him very knowledgeable about what we were looking at as well as what a fair market price was for it. Some speed bumps along the way with a seller and he knew how to smooth things out to ensure we were still happy and satisfied. More than just an agent he felt like a true friend that was dedicated to finding our perfect home and we did just that!

We spent over a year working with James to find a very particular property. He had to work out of the box often, doing things like calling owners of particular parcels that were not on the market. This is exactly how we ended up purchasing a property beyond our wildest dreams. James was an excellent communicator throughout. He stayed on top of things even during a couple of trips he took. He always followed up on what he had committed to do. At one point he had to express the frustration we shared to a service provider.
