He will provide market recent sales, and neighborhood information when you sell, and suggest a reasonable and attainable sale price to market your property when you want to sell. He is prompt, efficient and "not pushy". He looks for what you want. He has good relationships with escrow firms, and will gather any information you need to make a decision whether selling or buying.

We are so thrilled with our experience with Jim. Something my Dad has told me over the years is, it doesn't really matter how much experience someone has or how many certificates and credentials they have collected. You can always collect experience and education. What matters most is, are they an honest good person. Jim is a rare gem!
