James market knowledge, communications and professionalism was beyond excellent.

James sold my house about 16 years ago in Oceanside it was a great experience. My Father passed away and I am the Trustee of the property in Oceanside California . I immediately contacted James to list the house. Since I live in Colorado, I thought it would be hard getting it sold and would have to fly to California to get things done. That was not the case, James set up a removal company, a painter and a locksmith to get the house ready to put on the market for me. He also vacuumed the house for hours to make it presentable. He no sooner put it on the MLS and it was sold for over asking price. Escrow went so smooth, they had a notary come to my house in Colorado to sign all documents needed. James went well beyond as a realtor for me and I appreciate all the hard work he did to get it sold. He was excellent with communicating and was always there to answer any questions I had. We communicated through email and texting. I would highly recommend him as the best realtor to sell your house. What a great person, I am so thankful for all he did. Thank you James Clark!
