I've now worked with Jim and his team twice. I was trying to close on two homes on the same day. I had a very challenging selling/purchasing experience and Jim was there with me all the way. I remember one week he was hospitalized but he still called to check in on me when he should have been resting and recovering. He always goes above and beyond. He's dependable, honest and caring.
