Jake Yencarelli

Jake was recommended to us by a friend when we decided to sell our Florida condo at the end of summer 2020. We could not have been more pleased and satisfied with Jake, and Derrick as well. We were selling our Florida property while we were at our permanent residence in Canada and unable to travel she to the pandemic) so there were of course a number of tricky things to navigate with us not being there in person to deal with some issues but Jake was there for us at every turn. He went above and beyond in many areas and was in daily contact with us and quick to step in when something needed to be taken care of. In addition to his normal realtor duties, he didn’t hesitate to do many extra things (including help coordinate with the condo board, repair people, etc) and kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot speak highly enough of Jake and and our selling experience with him. We have had multiple sales and purchase experiences in the past and can honestly say that our dealing with Jake was by far the best (and that was even while dealing with complicated circumstances). We would highly recommend Jake (and Derrick) for an extremely satisfactory real estate experience and that’s who we’d call again for any future real estate needs!! ?????????????? .
