Jake Raines is the best. I have moved 7 times in the last 12 years and have used a different realtor every time. I never felt that they really did enough to justify how much money they made. I'll never use another realtor other than Jake. Jake helped on both sides, buying my new place and selling my old one. The buying or our new house went pretty smooth and easy. The selling of my old one was a nightmare, as I knew it would be. I had tried and failed to sell it before and my previous realtor didn't seem to try as hard as necessary or negotiate much on my behalf, and had me make more concessions that I felt I should have to before eventually just pretty much giving up. Jake was able to get it done and made me significantly more money than I would have gotten the first time. I was selling a doublewide as is, and bought a decent place, but by no means a mansion. He wasn't going to make a ton of money off of them, but he worked like it was a million dollar deal. He was a beast in negotiations, used all the tricks and made more calls than he should have had to to make it work. He said my deal was one of the hardest he had ever done, and that every problem that could have happened, did happen and I believe him. Even through all of it, I never felt uneasy or that it wasn't going to work out because I saw how hard he was working to make it happen and he was very communicative along the way. He even stepped up to help my buyers find a new lender when their original lender screwed everything up (Cornerstone Mortgage by the way, also amazing people to work with). We were able to close on both houses on the same day at the same place and we were moved into our new house the same night. I will never use another realtor and I will gladly recommend Jake Raines to everyone I know. I never knew him before this deal, but I'm glad i know him now. I'm confident he'll treat you right and work as hard as possible for you just like he did for us. Awesome guy! Call him!

Jake was amazing all around. Extremely understanding, patient, and kind with the selling of my childhood home. The thing that sets Jake apart from others is his availability to answerquestions at any time of the day. Working 3rd shift, I couldn't always contact him between the normal 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. time frame so having a realtor that was available any time was extremely helpful. Also, living out of town, I didn't have to make a single trip from listing until closing, he took care of it all. I would recommend Jake to anyone and everyone, every time

Jake did a fantastic job! Always willing to field questions, negotiate aggressively on my behalf, and go the extra mile. When he heard that we were looking to buy, he invited us to his house and drove us personally to the property. When we got there, he walked through the trees and thorns and gave his very honest opinions on what could be done.
