Jake was amazing all around. Extremely understanding, patient, and kind with the selling of my childhood home. The thing that sets Jake apart from others is his availability to answerquestions at any time of the day. Working 3rd shift, I couldn't always contact him between the normal 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. time frame so having a realtor that was available any time was extremely helpful. When we needed a realtor Jake was referred to us by a friend. Jake listed and walked us through the sale of our rental house and some undeveloped mountain acreage. If our rental house needed repairs and we couldn't do the repairs ourselves Jake would refer someone he knew and trusted that could do the work to required specifications.
