Jake is the best. I've moved too many times in the past 12 years and have used a different realtor each time because I never felt like they fought hard enough or negotiated well enough to deserve the large amount of money they made. That is until I found Jake Raines. He will be my realtor from now on. I had a very difficult time selling my latest house due to various reasons and my former realtor gave up after a deal feel through. Jake stepped in and worked tirelessly to find just the right buyer, took advantage of his numerous connections and used the best strategy to get it done.
