He got me more money for my house than I would've previously gotten in the deal that previously fell through, and negotiated a great deal on the house the he helped me buy. He scheduled everything and lined everything up perfectly for us to be able to close on my old house and my new house simultaneously so we were able to move straight from one into the other. All of the signings and closing stuff were done on the same day at the same place. It couldn't have been more seamless. Of course we ran into some hiccups along the way. I was told by Jake that my situation was one of the hardest he had ever had to deal with. I never felt like it wasn't being taken care of, or nervous that it wasn't going to work out because his communication was constant and reassuring.
