We came across Jake through Zillow and didn’t expect much. Never bought a home, didn’t know anything about the process. But we still reached out. We were adamant about what we wanted for the price we asked. He accepted the challenge immediately and went straight to work. We put in an offer and we were rejected. I told him to counter-offer what we wanted and he made it work! Inspections next! We wanted certain things fixed and Jake said “Yes, it’s getting done.” Jake got things done as he promised he would get done in close as 24 hours before closing.
