Let me first start off by saying I never leave reviews, so the fact that I'm writing one now should say something. I was referred to Jae by a family friend. He immediately made himself available by phone, email and text. He was incredibly prompt in all his replies and made himself available at all times of day to address all my concerns and questions. I was a first time home buyer, so I had a ton of questions. I was also on a time crunch due to personal family reasons and was skeptical I would be able to find a home within a month, but Jae made everything possible and as painless as possible. He was incredibly patient and informative during the entire process. It was clear from the start that Jae is passionate about what he does. And he's not in it for the commission. If he were in it for the money, he could have easily let me settle on some homes I'm glad I didn't end up going for. During the house hunting process, he took careful notes and helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for in a house. He quickly narrowed down the results and produced appropriate lists of houses that fit my profile. Jae literally walked me through the entire process from start to finish, addressing every single (most which were likely silly) question of mine. He even made himself available after the whole process to help me figure out all the joys and challenges that come with being a first time home owner. If you're looking for an honest, hard-working, compassionate and knowledgeable agent, Jae is the man. He is a man of integrity and will go the extra mile to make sure your interests are being met.
