Jacqueline Etherington is a supurb agent! We were very pleased with her professionalism, her helpfulness with questions about the house sale, and her willingness to do many “extras” since we live 50 miles away and couldn’t always get there. Such things as cleaning up when a window was broken during the sale preparation time, disposing of items that had to be cleared, buying fans locally,and installing them, finding a cleaning service to clean the inside of the house before it went on the market, working with the painters, and many more that we, as owners, should have done. She was always ready to answer questions regarding the sale procedure and anything else that came to our minds. She was willing to meet with us at our available time and in our home to explain items, and sign papers.

I am so glad the sale of our home of 39 years was so fast and seamless. I didn’t want to dwell on leaving and didn’t have to; the sale was fast and we received more than expected. I am very pleased with Jacqueline’s friendly expertise.
