Knowledge of a Tough Housing Market The Boise housing market is tough. So much competition and rapid movement of inventory, it is not easy for a buy. It takes some time for the buyer to understand/grasp what is going on. Jacque takes that time required to educate her clients on exactly that (understanding the Boise market).
