I put out a feeler that I was looking for a Realator in Boise on the internet. Less than five minutes later, Jacque reached out to me and offered her services. We talked on the phone and I immediately liked her positive energy. She looked at the property made some great suggestions on how to get this place ready to sell and even produced a list of craftsmen that could assist me. The people she recommended where spot on and the project moved incredibly fast. She was constantly in contact with me and got back to me instantly whenever I had any issues. Jacque Neef Mayo assisted us in buying a wonderful home in the Boise/Meridian area during the worst of the Covid 19 pandemic - our offer was made end of April 2020. Jacque set out emailing us all the listings that fit the budget we proposed to her. We went through all she sent (and there were lots of them) prior to going to Boise Area to find a home and make an offer. We sent Jacque a list of 10 homes, then drove up to see them the next day. When meeting her, 7 of the 10 were already pending, leaving only 3 of the original homes to check out. But she came prepared with an additional 10 to see, homes that we had not even seen while checking the MLS listings ourselves. We chose one and made an offer only to discover in the HOA Documents that some restrictions were not compatible with us. So with Jacque’s help we were able to back out of that offer and begin a new search with little time left to find a home. Fortunately, Jacque’s email setup continued sending us listings which included the home we now own. But let me tell you – we had planned on returning home on Monday, thinking we would have to come back to view more homes. Sunday afternoon, before the Monday when we would be heading back home, our house listing was emailed to us. We quickly contacted Jacque saying we wanted to see that home first thing Monday Morning before we had to leave. We will be forever grateful to Jacque for making sure we were there early Monday, it was the home for us, we made an offer and left for California wondering if our offer would be accepted or not. Jacque kept reassuring us that she had talked with the builder and was sure they would accept our offer which also included them installing back yard landscaping which was Jacque’s recommendation. Late Tuesday Afternoon Jacque called and let us know they accepted and the rest is history!
