There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Boise real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I was lucky to grow up in Boise, Idaho, graduating from Boise High School as did my daughter, her father and her grandfather! I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA then a Master's Degree in Family Therapy from Hahnemann University (now Drexel University) in Philadelphia, PA. I became a realtor in 1998 and have achieved Top Producer status every year since then. I have my broker's license, CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SRS (Seller Representation Specialist) and many other certificates and additional training and education.

Great communicator

Jacque kept us up to date on finds and went out of her way to let us know of potential listings that we might have missed otherwise. She was very knowledgeable and was always on top of communication and answering our questions. Once we found a house to move forward with she was such a great source of knowledge and had contacts ready for us for inspections that were very friendly and did great work as well. Would definitely recommend!

A 5-Star Rating Is Only The Beginning

Jacque was far and away the most professional, knowledgeable, and organized realtor that has ever represented us in buying or selling a home. It was instantly apparent in our client relationship with Jacque that we didn't "feel like clients."
