Jacob and Deana are a great team with a stream lined market plan to get your property sold. From pictures to videos and placing your home into markets all across the United States to get maximum exposure. Jacob and Deana were very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
Jacob and Deana Calvert worked together to help us sell and buy our dream home! They went above and beyond to make it happen! We were in a time crunch and they made it happen! Always communicates with you, calls you back if he can't answer and quick response to text messages! He is very knowledgeable about the market and knows how to market your house! They get professional photos/videos taken of the house for best possible outcome! Dedicated to you as a buyer and we are so extremely happy we found them! I would refer them every day of the week to anyone I know in the market for a house!
We enjoyed working with Jacob & Deana! They were very knowledgeable about the area & were patient with all of our many questions! We appreciate all of their help helping us find a home in Rome!
Jacob was very professional from the first time we met through the sale of our home. He knew the comps in our area and knew exactly how we needed to list our home. Jacob kept in good communication with us especially when we needed information and if he did answer he returned my call quickly or responded by text when he could call back. If I were to buy another home near the location of the home we sold I would ask for their help again. Give Jacob a call and meet with him, he will be the one you choose for your realty needs.
Jacob and Deana were great to work with during the sale of our home. Their experience and knowledge, along with being accessible to answer our questions, created a positive experience throughout the whole process.
Their knowledge of the market was great. They were right on point with their communication and professionalism. We could not have asked for a better Realtor for selling our home.
The Calverts contacted me about selling my mother's home realizing it was not inhabited. They supported my pre-sale tasks with professional insight, industry knowledge and experienced contacts. Jacob and Deana Calvert answered all of my questions while guiding me through readying my mother's home for an easy and successful sale. I felt at ease and guided throughout the process with their patience, reliability, and honesty. As well, the Calverts were genuinely interested in our family. When life deviated me from focusing on the end result, they were caring and once again guided, without pushing, me to the sale. With all these qualities I highly recommend the husband and wife team of the Calverts as your realtors.
I had an outstanding experience working with Jacob. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. His expertise and dedication made the process of buying a house smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect home. His negotiation skills were top-notch, and thanks to his efforts, we were able to close the deal quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for everything, Jacob!
Jacob and Deana were so helpful in the sale of our first home. It was a very seamless process thanks to their expertise and knowledge of the local market. We needed a quick sale and they got the job done. Whether you’re looking to buy or sale, they will take care of you from the beginning of the process all the way to closing day!
Deana and Jacob were impressive to work with from the start to end of the process and utilize their individual strengths to provide the best experience for their client. They were prepared at the first meeting to discuss comparators and pricing, available for spur-of-the-moment showings for unrepresented buyers, including the person who purchased our home, and considered timing and negotiation in a way that had our best interests in mind in a multi-offer situation. Since our moved involved a relocation company and extensive paperwork requirements, patience and thoroughness was especially relevant, and all was handled smoothly. Thank you, Deana and Jacob Calvert!
Jacob did a great job not only listing but also selling our home. Listing a home is easy...selling one requires skill and expertise. We had a quick move for a new job and wanted to sell quickly, but also for market value. Jacob was available to us any time we called, texted, or emailed. He expertly negotiated through a couple of offers and worked to bring one to a successful sale. You won't be disappointed if you hire Jacob to sell your home!!
