I had never met nor talked with Jacob nor Deana prior to listing my house. Their sales literature was the best I received, I could tell they were knowledgable from their brochures, especially their recommendation for sub-contractors. They arranged for the roofer, termite inspection, painter twice, and moving, all the things I needed help with. The work proceeded smoothly, quickly, and on time. I was very pleased. He has good instincts reading the market, and reading people. They communicated with me daily giving good, correct advice, knowledge I did not have. This was my number 1 point when looking for a realtor. I needed someone to work with our chaotic schedule. Willing to travel or ask questions on a moments notice.
