Perfect, addressed all My needs, made sure house was ready to sell.
My house selling process was nothing short of amazing. My house was previously on the market with two agents and after much thought due to my house sitting for so long without any showings, I decided that it was time to switch realtors. After conducting my own research, I came across Jacob and Deana and all of their previous customers were nothing but happy and pleased with their own individual experiences. I decided to give them a chance, and right away I was pleased with the communication, advertising, marketing strategies, and there willingness to adapt to try new ways to sell my house. My house had previously been on the market for 60-70 days and Jacob was able to have my house sold in less than 3 weeks after it went live on the market. Nonetheless, Jacob and his wife were nothing but professional, honest, patient, attentive, and thorough throughout my entire house selling process and for that, I am thankful. If you are looking for a realtor who will work for you to get you the most honest deal, then Jacob and Deana Calvert are the people for you. Very pleased client!
When facing the biggest financial decision of our lives as first-time home buyers, we researched to make sure we were teaming with the best agents possible and the Calverts delivered. From getting us first access to a brand new listing, walking us through the process, getting us through the finish line, and even providing a moving truck free of charge, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are searching for a home, why wouldn’t you also choose the very best. There is too much at stake not to. Jacob and Deana are the best team you could ask for finding your next home!
My wife and I made the bittersweet decision to sell our house, where we'd made 17 years' worth of memories. Jacob and Deana weren't my top choice, but my wife thought they'd be the best bet. I was impressed by their teamwork and how they kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. I'm thankful for Jacob and Deana's hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail. I also liked that they quicly returned calls and emails. They made selling our first home a whole lot easier. If we ever sell again, Jacob and Deana will be my first call.
Jacob & Deana guided me throughout the process of “Selling” my house. Will recommend them to others.
Jacob is very knowledgeable about the market. He answered all my questions. He works with a sense of urgency in a market that time is of the essence for buyers like myself! He has shown me so many houses and answered questions, even after typical business hours without hesitation! Jacob is dependable, knowledgeable, and will go over and beyond what you would expect from a realtor! I will refer him to all my friends!
Our home had been with another realtor several months with no real traffic. We were at the point of renting it (which we didn’t really want to do). I looked up reviews and remembered the Calverts had knocked on our door several months ago! I thought, that’s what we want—-A GO Getter!! In LESS than 30 days we had a viable offer. In Less than 60 days we CLOSED! I would recommend them to ANYONE buying or selling!!! They put the work in non-stop for you!!!
We cannot express enough gratitude for Jacob and Deana. They have gone above and beyond to help us. What truly sets them apart is their genuine care and compassion. They were a huge blessing to us during this challenging time, and we felt like we had a trusted partner by our side. We highly recommend Jacob and Deana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for everything!
Jacob and Deana were the best agents we have worked with. They went over and above what we've experienced over the years. They return calls quickly. Many times, they answered my call or text immediately. Their knowledge of the market and just human nature was helpful when making difficult decisions. The Calvert team is nothing short of a dream team if you're selling your home. No doubt they are amazing buyers' agents as well!
