Jackie was an absolute dream to work with throughout our home buying process and helped us find our dream home in our dream neighborhood! I credit Jackie’s patience, advice, keen sense of observation, listening and negotiation skills in making the dream a reality. My husband and I started off with an idea of what we wanted, but reality was all over the map. Jackie was there to ask us the questions we know we wanted to ask but had a hard time articulating. My favorite phrase is “ What I’m hearing is…” and Jackie heard everything loud and clear- even the things we weren’t saying which really speak louder than words. Jackie is a real asset in this tough SF market. She's represented us on four transactions as a buyer and seller. She helped us win our first condo in 2013 in a very competitive NoPa market. She knew exactly what we needed to do to prepare our financing and how to structure the offer. We won without being the highest bidder. In 2018 we started looking for a single family home. We were able to win on a house in Potrero Hill and immediately sell the condo for the highest price per foot in the building, all within 45 days. Recently, needing to move from the city, Jackie helped us sell our house for well above list with another fast closing. Her no-nonsense, honest approach is effective and refreshing. I was looking to move back to San Luis Obispo to be closer to my son and his family so I needed to sell my flat in San Francisco. Jackie NeJaime, of Compass, is a very knowledgeable, competent and experienced realtor. She handled the listing and selling of our property in San Francisco. Due to her expertise, we sold the property for more than 20% over the listing price. We had multiple offers after being on the market for only seven days. Jackie managed all the required inspections and certifications. She coordinated the needed minor repairs. She also found a competitive staging company that saved me money. As I lived outside the area, I truly appreciated her constant communication with me via telephone, text and email. She took care of all the little details associated with selling a house in a very professional, positive and timely manner. Jackie’s expertise and knowledge made it a stress free experience. I'm writing this review on Christmas day and  New year's eve. Thanks to Jackie we are having one of the happiest, relaxing holidays at our new home! We started our house hunting in mid July. Then actually moved in mid December.  Closing was in November. Come to think of it, everything was quite smooth. We weren't sure how long it'll take to find the place. Also didn't know about what's on the market when we started searching. Under this COVID situation there were no open houses. Every time we wanted to take a look at some place, Jackie had to come out and show us the house. It was always fun to meet her. During those visiting she gave us tons of tips for San Francisco housing. My husband and I are from Germany and Japan, tried to buy a house for the first time in SF, so it was helpful a lot. We also wanted to update the color of the floor. Jackie introduced us to a great professional guy. Turns out really great! She's been in real estate for a long time.
