Jackie is a real asset in this tough SF market. She's represented us on four transactions as a buyer and seller. She helped us win our first condo in 2013 in a very competitive NoPa market. She knew exactly what we needed to do to prepare our financing and how to structure the offer. We won without being the highest bidder. In 2018 we started looking for a single family home. We were able to win on a house in Potrero Hill and immediately sell the condo for the highest price per foot in the building, all within 45 days. I'm writing this review on Christmas day and  New year's eve. Thanks to Jackie we are having one of the happiest, relaxing holidays at our new home! We started our house hunting in mid July. Then actually moved in mid December.  Closing was in November. Come to think of it, everything was quite smooth. We weren't sure how long it'll take to find the place. Also didn't know about what's on the market when we started searching. Under this COVID situation there were no open houses. Every time we wanted to take a look at some place, Jackie had to come out and show us the house. It was always fun to meet her. During those visiting she gave us tons of tips for San Francisco housing. My husband and I are from Germany and Japan, tried to buy a house for the first time in SF, so it was helpful a lot.
