our Father had passed leaving us with responsibility of selling his home in Rossmoor 55 and over retirement community, as beautiful as Rossmoor is they have a million little details that have to be completed to allow the sale of the home, Jackie was able to guide us through all of this without any issues. We had to prepare the home for the sale and Jackie brought in 2 contractors for us to interview, upon completion of the remodel Jackie found us a company to Stage the home for the sale, within a day the home sold with multiple offers, Jackie did her homework and brought us details on the potential buyers and provided guidance on our countering offer. I really could go on and on, I live out of the area and there were times I could not get to the home to allow entry to one of the many contractors we had working, Jackie would handle this for us, heck she even grab a broom and swept Carport and front entrance. In a realtor you want someone who is aggressive but not over barring, Jackie easily fits this description, we were very fortunate to have found Jackie.

Jackie was absolutely terrific and invaluable throughout the process. From the moment we met she understood what we were looking for, our price range, and the type of amenities we wanted. She found us our home virtually the first day she took us out looking. Jackie was very instrumental in helping to negotiate the contract (which was a bit protracted) and helped secure approval for the purchase from the administrative board of our retirement community. When a big SNAFU came up that almost derailed the deal, we were out of the country (the community's architectural board made a last minute demand on us that we were not prepared for). Notwithstanding that, as we were not in country Jackie took it upon herself to get the matter resolved, and by her doing so she saved us a considerable amount of money. All in all, Jackie was knowledgeable, cordial, persuasive, very helpful and Johnny-on-the-spot. We cannot more strongly recommend her as a real estate agent, and general as a really nice person to work with and know!
