Jackie always responded to me the same day I called her, usually very quickly. I started out looking at 2 bedroom condos with steps, good views and close to the carport. She showed me several taking into account my preferences. Then I switched to a no-stairs condo and she showed me a couple including the one I purchased. She attended the inspection and performed her own, she always had the names of handymen and contractors that she personally recommended.
