Jackie always responded to me the same day I called her, usually very quickly. I started out looking at 2 bedroom condos with steps, good views and close to the carport. She showed me several taking into account my preferences. Then I switched to a no-stairs condo and she showed me a couple including the one I purchased. She attended the inspection and performed her own, she always had the names of handymen and contractors that she personally recommended. The only place which could stand improvement was the quality and quantity of the photographs. I did not feel they showed my house to the best advantage and there were only 20.
