I believe the relationship you have built over the decades really was key in our situation in obtaining our home. With the level of competitiveness in the market and the fact, there were numerous offers on our home, you were able to advise us in the right direction to be victorious! I use to think real estate agents were nothing more than individuals that showed homes to protentional homeowners…during this experience, I realized there is so much more than a good realtor brings to the table. This is our sixth home purchase, and without a doubt, the only purchase where I can honestly say, if it were not for you we would not have gotten the home of our dreams!
