He knows the area well, showed homes that were within our price range, and prioritized finding the right home rather than just making a sale. His expert knowledge helped point out items during showings that would be good or bad impacts on actually living in the home. Excellent guidance was provided throughout the search, offer, negotiating, and closing process. Inspections were arranged and managed in a very timely manner, with repair credits negotiated appropriately.
