David helped through the entire process. He provided preliminary consultations on what improvements were needed or not needed to facilitate the sale. During the listing and showing process he was present at all showings, which was very much appreciated during the difficult time of the corona virus. He also helped facilitate the entire closing process from offer to final closing. He also helped with the financing company to get the deal done. When needed he also brought in his teams expertise on how to deal with a late appraisal. I highly recommend David as an agent. He knows the market and the area well.
