Hi Friends, I’m Izzie Moseley, but most of my friends and family call me Iz. I was born and raised in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. No one ever has all the answers, BUT I like to think I have most of them about BHAM and the Magic City. As a BHAM native, I have watched the city grow over the last few years. New Restaurants, Bars, and Neighborhoods are coming up all over the place and there is nothing I love more than exploring them for my potential clients. Surprise surprise, I stayed local for College and attended Montevallo University. During college, I became a real estate assistant and fell in LOVE. So, my senior year I decided I would get my Real estate license and give it a shot. Since then I have served over 48 buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. I have experience with 1st time home buying, Resale, Relocation, Estate Sales, Foreclosures, Vacation home sales, and Rentals & Flips. I am also a Certified Home Marketing Expert, Member of Southern Realty Specialists, eXp Realty Mentor, Alabama's Rising Star for 2019, and was voted best Realtor by AboutTown Magazine in 2020. In my spare time, I am usually renovating my home with my fiance Mitch and three fur children, Wyatt, Zoe & Cheeto. As a new resident of Shelby County, I am soaking up all things it has to offer while educating you, friends, and family that it is not *THAT* bad living on HWY 280.
