To say Ivy is amazing only scratches the surface. I met Ivy in late December(2024) and I immediately realized that she was/is clearly a cut- above the rest. (My backstory) My name is Scott and I currently live in New England and I wanted to purchase a "retirement-home" somewhere in beautiful Georgia. Ivy made it clear that she would scope-out the homes ( in person)that peaked my interest regardless of the travel distance for her to do so. Ivy defines excellence and her knowledge and selfless determination are second to none. Ivy came to know what I was looking for and we toured many homes and it was quite ironic that after looking at 4 homes on this particular day (1 of which I was prepared to make an offer on)- Ivy explained that there was a house that she had previously toured that she really thought I would like and it turned out dramatically exceeding my hopes and dreams. Ivy is over-the-top and not just because she is exceptionaly knowledgeable and helpful agent but she is truly an amazing person worthy of any lifetime achievement award they are passing out. Relocating from Massachusetts to Georgia was a huge step for us, but from the moment we met Ivy, we were greeted with a warm hug and genuine smile, we knew we were in the best hands. She had zero limitations when it came to where we wanted to look in Big ole Georgia. No matter how far or how many properties we wanted to see, she was there every step of the way, with patience, heart, and total dedication. There was never any pressure. Ivy made us feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home through every part of the process. Though we handpicked every home we wanted to tour, the house we ultimately chose was the one she recommended!! simply based on how well she had come to know us. That’s how attentive and in tune she is. Ivy didn’t just help us find a house — she became a friend and now, part of our family. Her kindness, care, and instinct are unmatched. Anyone lucky enough to work with her will feel it from the second they meet her. Ivy is a rare gem, and we are forever grateful for her.

We were in over our heads and on a deadline to find a home and be moved out in three months. Ivy was a huge help in making the process a lot less stressful. She was professional, friendly, and there for any questions we had. I would recommend her to my friends and family without hesitation. You could not ask for a better real estate agent. We found a home we loved and were moved out two weeks before our deadline. If I ever needed a real estate agent again, I would absolutely seek her out.

Ivy has done a great job help us purchase and close the property. She has been there for us all the way through. She is very nice, professional and mostly she is extremely patient.
