Ivy is absolutely amazing to work with. She rolls up her sleeves and gets things done. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and keeps up with timely communications.

She let us know how to stage the house for showings and always had our best interests. She took care of all the details and paperwork and regarding settlement and made it easy for Mom.

She expertly priced the house resulting in a nice amount of showings in a short period resulting in the house was sold very quickly. In addition and most importantly, Ivy is a really nice person and we are fortunate to have met her.
