She was correct as the property sold a month later for quite a bit less. As for the home I bought, I almost pulled out, but she went back to the sellers and negotiated a significant discount. I also always trust all the paperwork will be done correctly as she is very detail oriented. Three years ago, Iris also sold a home for me and did a great job as well. I didn't want to stage my home, and she was ok with that. Just helped make sure the home looked clean and furniture highlighted the house. Finally, Iris has great people skills so she is easy to be around. Great communication skills, very intelligent and not a blabberbox.
