Inger provided the deep insight into Castle Rock's various neighborhoods that we needed badly as buyers new to the area. She thoroughly understood our budget, desired feature stack, scheduling constraints, etc. If a house had warts she said so, up to and including "no, not this one, see that?". Maybe best? She never once offered us a home she was listing. Inger is not an agent - she's a superior market resource that listens and guides.

The thought of moving our family of 5, plus a dog, seemed like a nightmare. We had so much going on outside of selling our house. Finding new schools and daycares, new pediatricians, dentists and doctors. Traveling to Florida to look at homes and mostly doing online research took alot of time away from the kids. Inger stepped in after months of planning and took the reins. She made the process smooth and stress free with an abundance of confidence and a plan for a successful listing and showing. We had some carpet issues, she recommended a fantastic carpet guy to come in. We had pretty basic decorations, she brought in a wonderful stager who really livened up the house. The photographer was top notch and the pictures turned out amazing. Aside from Ingers glowing personality and attitude, the team around her really elevated the experience. My wife and I felt confident with the entire operation. Inger was able to get an offer at asking price with ZERO concessions. I attribute that to her approach with strategic pricing, listing/ open house and showing dates, as well as the collateral and advertising campaign that she ran. I can go on but I'll stop here. 10/10 experience and would be thrilled to recommend her to anyone looking for an award-winning Realtor.

Inger was meticulous in reviewing contract details. Prepping the home in terms of cleaning and staging was above expectation. Market analysis and evaluation was thorough and in line with market pricing. We have used Inger in the past and selected her again based on past performance. Initial communication was long distance and via email and text. Response and turnaround was always prompt.

Inger found this house for us 6+ years ago when we first came to Castle Rock from Durango. We had previously visited several houses and she quickly figured out what we wanted. She found this house even before there were pictures on the real estate sites. She took her own photos and emailed them to us. We left the next morning for Castle Rock and bought the house a day later! When the time came to sell the house, we looked to Inger again. She was very helpful in telling us what worked and what didn’t work and setting a good asking price. She arranged staging and photos. The first day it was open for appointments the home sold by noon! We would highly recommend Inger for anyone buying or selling in the Castle Rock area!
