I have interacted with a lot of very talented people in my life (I’m an emergency physician) but Ines is definitely up there. Her skill, judgment, knowledge, efficiency, intelligence and ethics are outstanding. She has now brokered the sale of two properties for me and each experience has completely exceeded expectations. Absolutely anyone can show a house and either tender or accept offers, you need a consummate professional like Ines to navigate all the way to the finish line. I don't normally give 5 stars on all categories when reviewing products/services, but Ines is the RARE exception that easily is deserving of 10 stars on all categories if that were an option. I was impressed with Ines from the moment I was introduced to her. It was clearly apparent she knew the OC real estate game board and would be willing to do whatever needed to be done to get my house sold for the best price possible. Not only was she patient dealing with the unique situation surrounding the sale of my property including starting and stopping the sales process twice (a few months apart), she also was EXTREMELY attentive to me. It didn't what time of day (or night) I would call, text or email her, she would literally answer/respond within a few minutes every single time. Top that with her proactively keeping you in the loop throughout the entire process and you will never feel in the dark. Furthermore and perhaps even more importantly, she is clearly connected, as she was able to find a buyer (all cash) for my property before it was even officially listed. Furthermore, not only was she able to find said buyer, she was able to get an offer for well above my expected asking price! We officially began the sale process in late December and my house had closed escrow by late January. Ines' handle on the market mixed with her affable personality and desire to ensure her client's satisfaction is better than a bottle of the finest red blend you have ever tasted -- USE INES IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR HOUSE IN A TIMELY MANNER AT OR ABOVE YOUR DESIRED ASKING PRICE!!!
