Ilona has been working with my husband and I for over two years trying to find our dream home. She has met up with us countless times at potential homes and very transparent about her thoughts on every home based on our wish list for our dream home. She answered all of our messages in a timely manner, sat down with us to go over language we didn’t understand as first time homeowners and did not sugarcoat the pros and cons. When we finally found The Home for our growing family she went above and beyond with Inna to get everything to us in a timely manner, very detailed emails and opportunities to call/text to answer any questions we had. The process went smoothly and I appreciated how she advocated for us with this home pricing and items that’s needed to be fixed for our home from the previous owner. I will forever appreciate her attention to details and how personable she is. I will definitely keep her in mind if we get an itch to purchase another home. I definitely recommend utilizing her services. She won’t rush you into a buy and transparency is her motto, which makes her trustworthy.
