Ilene was knowledgeable, and professional from the very beginning. She was realistic about expectations for value and selling time frame, and she marketed the property very well. We went under contract very quickly compared to other homes in the neighborhood, and at a fair value. During escrow multiple issues came up and she was able to help us navigate them successfully throughout the whole escrow and we closed.
