Selling & Buying With Ian
This is the second transaction where I have worked with Ian, both in the purchase and sale of my condo in Playa del Rey, and he did an excellent job in both cases. The purchase was a probate sale and there were several times I thought the transaction would not be completed, but with Ian's expert help, everything worked out well in the end. As a result, Ian was my go to guy for the sale of the same property and this turned out to be a very smooth transaction from beginning to end.
