My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip after looking at potential homes/condos in Florida, all winter. We only had 3.5 days and knew we wanted to see as much, as possible, since we live a plane ride away. Ian was referred to us by a family member and from the start he was communicative, helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions, made suggestions and guided us through the process before we arrived, and then set up a marathon of showings for our 3 day house hunting excursion. He really helped us narrow down what we were looking for, assisted us with closing and helped us find amazing renovation contractors so we could have some work done before our first official visit to our new place!
