About Ian

I'm a full time Realtor with Realty One Group Dockside. I was born in Conway SC and have lived in this area all my life. Though I have had the opportunity to travel there's no place I would rather call home. Before starting my career in real estate I attended Coastal Carolina University where I graduated with a degree in Communications. Communication is a crucial part of any successful real estate transaction. I understand the importance of listening and clearly conveying information every step of the way. I am devoted to using my knowledge and skills to help clients understand the process from start to finish. I can help with the big things but don't mind answering general questions. I can recommend professional and experienced lenders inspectors surveyors and landscapers but I also don't mind telling you where the best restaurants are. Let my knowledge of the area and my experience of having lived here all my life benefit you. Real estate isn't a hobby or a part time job for me.
