Hyleri helped us buy our dream home. I texted her about a listing online, toured it within 24 hours and we were under agreement the next day. She was extremely responsive at all hours on emails/text/phone to get the deal done. Hyleri worked out a couple minor issues that come up during a home sale between buyer/seller as quickly and fairly as humanly possible. Hyleri went above and beyond as our agent. She dedicated an afternoon showing the town of Westport, including the schools, beach and local restaurants. She also introduced us to parents and local business owners. Hyleri showed us a variety of houses within our price range. We ended up putting an offer on a house and it was accepted right away. The home buying process was smooth and easy because of her. My two daughters loved working with her as well. She was kind, sweet, and patient with them. After we purchased the house she checked in to make sure that we were settled and adjusting well to suburban life, which is a big change from New York City. Hyleri was amazing in helping us move from out of state to Westport, CT. Even before we were ready to look she took the time to speak with us to educate us of the area, different towns, schools, etc. This was 6+ months before we were even ready to start looking at houses. We were so pleasantly surprised she spent so much of her time with us when we were so wishy washy on our timing. She was very patient and was always made herself available for us to look at houses, mostly on Saturdays - this also included picking us up and driving us to the train and ferry! We never felt we were an inconvenience at all. We looked at well over 30 houses over a 5 month span and Hyleri was always patient with us, we never felt rushed. She was always informative on the neighborhood, schools, the pluses and minuses of everything, and always had great vision and ideas in each house we were looking at. She not only helped us find our home, she also connected us with so many people in town from summer camps to preschools to make the transition easier for our family. I can't recommend her enough to homebuyers as she took care of us from the very beginning of our search through to the final walk-through on the day we closed.

Hyleri Katzenberg was much more than I could have ever expected from a realtor. While I had been planning and saving to purchase a home for quite some time, my savings were modest and frankly had no clue what I was doing. On top of that, I was a first-time buyer and moving to Connecticut from many states away. I expected my chances of becoming financially comfortable with the idea of buying a house, actually committing to its purchase, and then executing the purchase of a house were actually slim. I had interviewed many realtors over the phone, but after a somewhat extensive search I was not wow’d by anyone I spoke with - even the “heavy-hitters" of the area suffered from fundamental communication issues. Hyleri was later mentioned to me in passing, and I must say I almost didn’t call her because her typical territory was somewhat removed from the town I had chosen to settle in. That would have been a very large mistake. Hyleri proved to be the most responsive and accessible realtor I could have asked for. As if this wasn’t enough, she carried with her a very well curated army of referral firms, groups, and contractors that were capable of resolving basically any issue within days. As someone with high standards who is obsessed with detail, it’s rare that I am ever impressed. But...I’m impressed. As if that wasn’t enough, when things got messy with the sellers (long story) she was fierce and effective. I recommend her to anyone and everyone.
