Hyleri used her expertise and insight to guide us on virtually every aspect of the purchase process. We are relocating so had to work on a short time window. Hyleri zeroed in on key issues to consider in bidding our the unit, including giving us access to experienced inspectors and contractors to evaluate the unit's current condition. She also introduced us to a mortgage banker who was able lock us into a favorable rate that vanished just as quickly with the onset of hostilities in Iran. Moreover, Hyleri used her negotiating skills to escrow sufficient funds to pay a special assessment that would not be declared until after the closing. This saved us thousands of dollars.

It was a great experience working with Hyleri. She really listened to what I was looking for and only showed me apartments that fit my requirements. It only took 3 outings to find the perfect condo in Miami Beach that had everything we wanted, and at the right price. Hyleri was easy to work with, responded quickly when I had questions, and knows the market really well. Once we were under contract, she kept everything moving and made sure the closing went as smoothly as possible. The whole process was basically stress free because she stayed on top of all the details. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Florida or Connecticut.
