I was introduced to Hyleri five years ago when I was going through a tough time after losing both of my parents in the pandemic on top of a major homeowners insurance claim with their home. She was always there to listen and provide advice on what to do with our parent’s home based on her extensive real estate experience in town. She also introduced us to the builder who would go on to rebuild our childhood home and restore it to its former glory and beyond, rather than being just another tear down. When selling ones (commonly) greatest asset, you need to realise the maximum net price as soon possible. H & M gave pertinent guidance, a plan of action and were readily available. Market knowledge is appropriate but thought initial suggested price point was too high for the surrounding area. Marc was very hands-on and responded quickly with any questions/requests. Made appropriate suggestions to stage the house.
