Hyleri used her expertise and insight to guide us on virtually every aspect of the purchase process. We are relocating so had to work on a short time window. Hyleri zeroed in on key issues to consider in bidding our the unit, including giving us access to experienced inspectors and contractors to evaluate the unit's current condition. She also introduced us to a mortgage banker who was able lock us into a favorable rate that vanished just as quickly with the onset of hostilities in Iran. Moreover, Hyleri used her negotiating skills to escrow sufficient funds to pay a special assessment that would not be declared until after the closing. This saved us thousands of dollars.

It only took 3 outings to find the perfect condo in Miami Beach that had everything we wanted, and at the right price. I was introduced to Hyleri five years ago when I was going through a tough time after losing both of my parents in the pandemic on top of a major homeowners insurance claim with their home.
