At our first chance meeting, Hortencia Sambrano was very welcoming and accommodating and took the time to show us a house, even though we didn't have an appointment. She consistently made herself available and checked in with us frequently during the subsequent house-hunting and buying process. As we got ready to close on a house, she even offered to help with our move and with a required repair. Ms. Sambrano always went above and beyond the call of duty in supporting us and keeping us informed.
